At each meeting we are going to discuss 2 topics; these will be chosen by the group at a previous meeting. The aim is to get the group to unpack each title collectively. One person will be designated to introduce the topic and lead the discussion for approximately 10 minutes then all members are free to join in and contribute.

One of the key aims of the group is to examine topics which may never have been touched before
or being re-visited now greater understanding or knowledge has been acquired. Or just as
importantly, to enjoy discussing history. There will be a greater emphasis on topics in the last 100
years but no topic is off the table.
