Groups

We have a very wide range of Interest Groups all run and co-ordinated by Group Leaders who are also members. All Group Leaders are volunteers not paid teachers. What the group does is determined by the group members and the Group Leader.

We are always looking for ideas and volunteers to start new Groups or to start another Group if the first one has a waiting list.

You must be a paid-up member of Cranbrook u3a to join a group: this is an insurance requirement. All Groups are free to join although there may be some cost attached such as hire of a venue or materials.

Regularity and venues of group meetings vary as indicated below. If you are interested in joining a group, either contact the groups co-ordinator on the "contact" page or the individual group leader on the "Group page" to find out if places are available or for more information.
